Convenient Pre-Cruise Stay!
convenient service direct access
We stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel staff took our bags directly to the ship. It was so convenient. The underground access to the food court across the street was also great. We will use this hotel again for future cruises.
The bathroom faucet leaked constantly . I was told the concierge would help me get a taxi very early in the morning. The concierge was nowhere to be found at that time.

The hotel provides direct access to the cruise terminal, ensuring very easy embarkation. It is also located near the city center with many attractions within walking distance. The proximity to dining and shopping areas is a definite plus.

The hotel includes an outdoor hot tub surrounded by skyscraper buildings that provides picturesque night views. An underground tunnel offers access to a food court and shopping across the street, and this feature is great. They also offer bell service to store luggage.

The hotel offers a convenient service to pick up luggage from the room and deliver it directly to the cruise ship. Check-in staff is helpful, and they try to accommodate early check-in requests when possible. Staff members treat guests with respect.

amazing view higher floor ocean view wonderful service
the view was amazing. they upgraded us to a higher floor. it was ocean view. this was fine! guest services was wonderful. i was really happy with that detail.
the elevators were terrible. they stopped and malfunctioned. the key cards often wouldn't read, annoying. another time, all the floor buttons turned off randomly.

the staff was responsive pre and during stay. check-in was easy. staff was helpful and engaging. they delivered luggage to the cruise ship for a small fee, so i really take advantage of that service.

the location is convenient to tour buses. this hotel is super close to the cruise port. the hotel is closest to the cruise ships and in the shape of one. there is lots of tours start and stop outside.

breakfast is a buffet or cooked to order. the buffet is very good value. restaurant has the best views. it was also possible to order food to the room and the service was fast. i like that.

the pool was lovely. the pool overlooks the harbor, this makes it wonderful. the room includes a coffee machine, very useful. the gym has modern equipment and is well kept, providing everything i need for a workout.

the hotel has an amazing adjacent location to the port. i found great restaurants with diverse price points just a short walk away. free shuttles to nearby mountain areas stop right at the hotel!!!

i was impressed by the hotel's ada wheelchair accessible rooms they were meticulously designed i had two power chairs with me the guest services were helpful i got a room upgrade to a higher floor with an ocean view at check-in
the elevators seemed slow and sometimes had long waits which was inconvenient during peak hours

the rooftop pool was a highlight it offered a great space for relaxation with comfortable loungers the gym included several treadmills stationary bikes and weight machines the location is convenient with easy access to transportation hubs

the hotel offered club level access which i chose it included complimentary snacks and breakfast i thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast the hotel also had several nearby dining options available

my room included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower the harbor view added to the experience the room was well maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax after exploring i was pleased with the cleanliness
