Convenient Pre-Cruise Stay!

We stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel staff took our bags directly to the ship. It was so convenient. The underground access to the food court across the street was also great. We will use this hotel again for future cruises.
The bathroom faucet leaked constantly . I was told the concierge would help me get a taxi very early in the morning. The concierge was nowhere to be found at that time.

the view was amazing. they upgraded us to a higher floor. it was ocean view. this was fine! guest services was wonderful. i was really happy with that detail.
they stopped and malfunctioned. the key cards often wouldn't read, annoying. another time, all the floor buttons turned off randomly.

the staff was responsive pre and during stay. check-in was easy. staff was helpful and engaging. they delivered luggage to the cruise ship for a small fee, so i really take advantage of that service.

the location is convenient to tour buses. this hotel is super close to the cruise port. the hotel is closest to the cruise ships and in the shape of one. there is lots of tours start and stop outside.

breakfast is a buffet or cooked to order. the buffet is very good value. restaurant has the best views. it was also possible to order food to the room and the service was fast. i like that.

the pool was lovely. the pool overlooks the harbor, this makes it wonderful. the room includes a coffee machine, very useful. the gym has modern equipment and is well-kept, providing everything i need for a workout.
